By entering your credit card information below, you are authorizing Monterey Bay Interenet to charge your credit card for your Internet services until you notify us in writing, and receive acknowledgement that we have received it.

This is a secure form. All data entered here is encrypted and protected from unauthorized viewing. Only authorized staff of Monterey Bay Internet will be able to view this information.
