MAC OS X Configuration for Monterey Bay Internet

Click on the APPLE then System Preferences...

Click on Network (4th Icon from the left on the top)

Make sure that Show: says Internal Modem. Click TCP/IP tab and set Configure: to Using PPP. In the Domain Name Servers field enter: 206.55.237.3 & 206.55.237.4 and in Search Domains: type in mbay.net then click on the PPP tab.

Service Provider: MBAY
Telephone Number: Click Here for Local Number Listings
Account Name: Your account name is normally the first part of your email address without the @mbay.net. Example: mip23 if your email is mip23@mbay.net
Password: Your MBAY Password. At times you will see more dots then what you originally typed in. This is done by OS X to prevent people from guessing your password by the length.
Check Save password if you want OS X to be able to automaticly log you in when you need it.

Make sure that Connect automatically when starting TCP/IP applications is checked.
You should now be able to connect to MBAY.NET with your Mac.
