Fill out the following information to sign up with mbay.net. Information will be sent to customer care where your account will be created and you will be contacted with the information needed to use your new service. You may also call 831-642-6100 and sign up over the phone.

IMPORTANT: In order to sign up mbay.net service, you must meet the following system requirements (if you're missing anything now, then you must fulfill the requirements before your installation takes place):

  • an IBM-compatible PC running Windows 95 or higher (98, NT, and 2000 are all fine, but NOT 3.1)
    OR a Macintosh running MacOS 8 or higher
  • a modem
  • an available phone line for your computer to dial out on

Please fill out the following fields to the best of your knowledge. All information is required unless the field is described as optional; any inaccuracies in this information will slow down your order. If the statement indicated by a checkbox is true, check it; otherwise, do not check it.

Type of Service

You may sign up for standard dialup service which includes 1 POP email account and 5 megs of storage space, or you may sign up for a family/group account which includes 1 dialup account, 4 POP email accounts and 10 megs of storage space. Email only account are also available.

Which type of service are you interested in?
Standard Dialup - 1 POP account - $18.95 a month
Family/Group Dialup - 4 POP accounts - $22.95 a month
Email only - 1 POP account - $5.00 a month
Additional POP account for existing dialup account - $2.50 a month
