Fill out the following form if you are having technical issues with your Monterey Bay Internet service. Be as detailed as possible about the problem. Include error messages you recieve, name of software programs you are using when the problem occurs, and the steps you took before the problem happened. IE: "I loaded Outlook Express and clicked to check my mail. The error message said - Error 556 - not a valid email address". The more details you can supply about the problem, the quicker we can help you resolve the issue. Specify if you want to be contacted by email or by phone.
