A commercial could be scheduled to appear on the screen at some interval, say once or twice a month, when the user logs on. The user would have to click through the screen in order to continue the logon process. Your webmaster can use web site tracking software to determine how many people go from the ad to the Guide, versus the number who simply click-off the ad and continue with their logon.
